Dec 29th Debate Overview

Today we had the first three preliminary rounds of our Worlds. The motions:

1. THW create public housing for the poor in wealthy areas
2. THBT Japan should acquire nuclear weapons
3. THW only imprison individuals who pose a direct and continuing threat to society
